• Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, browser type, and general location (country/region). This is collected automatically via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity.
• Session data: A unique session ID is stored in our database to link your form answers, generated speech, and payment status.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalized wedding speech using AI.
• To send your confirmation email with your speech access link.
• To process refund requests submitted through our support page.
• To analyze site usage and improve the product.
• To measure the effectiveness of our marketing (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing emails. We do not build profiles beyond what is necessary to deliver and support your speech.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Wedding Toast. Each receives only the data necessary to perform their function.

4. Cookies

Wedding Toast is operated in the United States. The third-party services we use (including Stripe, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and Microsoft) store and process data on servers located in the US. If you are accessing Wedding Toast from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using Wedding Toast, you consent to this transfer.

7. Your Rights
